DEF LEPPARD, TAYLOR SWIFT 'Crossroads' Tickets To Be Auctioned For Charity
September 29, 2008According to CJFW Country 103.1 FM, CMT is auctioning two pairs of tickets to the upcoming taping of "Crossroads" featuring DEF LEPPARD and TAYLOR SWIFT. From now through October 2, bidding is open online at CMTAuctions.com. The invitation-only event is closed to the public. The show will be taped in Nashville on October 6. Proceeds from the auction will benefit CMT's One Country's local affiliate, Hands On Nashville.

"I have been screaming the words to DEF LEPPARD songs for years so it's amazing that I'm going to get to share a stage with them this year!"

DEF LEPPARD and Taylor Swift join an elite group of performers who have taped "CMT Crossroads", which pairs country music stars with popular artists from other genrespop, rock, R&B to play together, swap stories, and share their common love of music. Previous episodes of "Crossroads" have included Lindsey Buckingham and LITTLE BIG TOWN; BON JOVI and SUGARLAND; John Fogerty and Keith Urban; Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire; Joss Stone and LeAnne Rimes; Robert Plant and Alison Krauss; and most recently MAROON 5 and Sara Evans.
